Business Policies

SIMPLE RULES TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE DELIGHTFUL AND OUR SERVICE IMPECCABLE

Cancellations & No Shows

All appointments are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48  hours prior either by text, email or both. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that we are enforcing strictly. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period prior to your appointment time or NO SHOWS will be charged in full. If you feel like you might not be able to make your appointment, try and have a secondary person who could take your place. Please DO NOT bring any guests unless they are receiving a service. 

Arrivals

Please arrive 10 min early to your appointment and call if you are running late. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment we cannot always guarantee that we will have enough time to complete the full service.  Because we reserve the time for you, you will be charged the full amount even if we cannot complete the service due to clients tardiness.

Cancel an Appointment

Please call the spa to make adjustments or cancelations, we do not respond through email or social media regarding appointments.

Please do Not

Please DO NOT bring any guests unless they are receiving a service. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUR CUSTOMERS TO BOOK THEIR APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF TIME, IF WE DO HAVE THE TIME WE WILL TAKE walk-ins.​

Sickness Or Family Emergency

A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

Other Artists' Work

(Lash Services Only)

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and start a new set.  Our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

Refunds

We do have a no refund policy. No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift card purchases are not redeemable for cash.

For Nail Services

No dip. No acrylics. We cannot easily remove them because we are a natural nail salon. Unexpected acrylic removals will be charged a $ 25 dollar fee and may take up the entire appointment time. We have a 72 hour fix and repair policy for our polish work. Please let us know if we need to fix chipped, lifted or bubbling polish within three days of your appointment or we will be unable to do the repair. Please let us know if you have gel to remove on your hands or feet. We only work with your natural nails. We do not offer glue on plastic tips for any of our services. One service at a time. We do not perform your mani and pedi at the same time.

Children In The Spa Area

For Safety reasons no children may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

No Practice

Medicine

Nail technicians are not licensed to diagnose or practice medicine. Please keep in mind that we ONLY perform services on HEALTHY nails and skin, for your safety and ours, we WILL NOT perform service on you if you have any unhealthy nail or skin conditions.
